Meditative Stroll Along Boulder Creek

Walk Description: Come listen to the sound of beautiful Boulder Creek as we walk with intention next to the water. We’ll stroll at a gentle 1 MPH pace, with prompts to promote mindful engagement with nature.
Schedule, Transit and Planning: We will meet at the benches facing the nature playground on the east side of the Main Boulder Public Library. Park in the library lot (don’t forget to enter your license plate into the machine for 90 minutes free!), or take the Skip or Jump bus to meet us.
~ No dogs, please.
~ Be sure to dress in layers, with everything you’ll need to stay warm and comfortable.
Cancellation Policy: This event will take place regardless of the weather, unless there is a major snowstorm or other dangerous weather. Check Meetup or text the walk leader for the most up-to-date conditions.
Welcome Waivers: Please fill out the online “Welcome Waiver” or download, print, sign, and turn in a hard copy if this will be your first Walk2Connect walking experience this year.

About Boulder Ramblers:
The Colorado-based Walk2Connect Cooperative works with individuals and organizations to create whole-health outcomes through innovative walking programs focused on connecting to others, to place and to self. Our Boulder community, Boulder Ramblers, offers a variety of local walks and hikes led by trained volunteer Walking Movement Leaders in Boulder, Longmont and Louisville. We also partner with GO Boulder to develop walking events that orient community members to the city’s pedestrian facilities and invite feedback about them. Across the Front Range, W2C principals and trained volunteer Walking Movement Leaders lead dozens of free community walks every week.
