New Year’s Eve Community Intention-Setting Walk, Boulder

December 31, 2016 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

TYPE: Walk & Talk | PACE: Conversational | TERRAIN: Dirt trail, snow | DISTANCE: Approx. 3 miles |

Walk Description: Join the Boulder Ramblers for our last walk of the year on New Year’s Eve! We’ll walk the trail at Davidson Mesa in Louisville, share reflections from 2016 and set our intentions for 2017. Following the walk, those would would like to continue the conversation can gather at nearby Paul’s Coffee and Tea for warm beverages and lunch.

The Davidson Mesa trail is a beautiful, flat loop with gorgeous views of the Flatirons. Whether or not there is snow on the ground, this loop trail offers a great place to walk and talk together. Close out the year with a great walk and good company!

“With constant pressure to move faster, to live inside walls and behind screens, and to fill up our calendars, the importance of walking together, in community, is greater now than ever. When we protect time to walk with others, we clear our minds and slow down, we move and see one another, we listen and rest with nature, and so much more.” ~ Walk2Connect

Schedule and Planning: We will meet at 11 am at the trailhead, on the west side of the Davidson Mesa parking lot.

Walking Movement Leader: Darcy Kitching is a professional member-owner of the Walk2Connect Co-op and the Walk2Connect Boulder program manager.
