Join us for the 2018 Connection Challenge!
An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until April 24, 2018
TYPE: STSP Weekly | PACE: Conversational |TERRAIN: Paved, Park Path, Gravel, Broken Sidewalk | DISTANCE: Approx. 1.5-2 miles
Walk Description: This is a fun and engaging community walk through Mestizo-Curtis Park and surrounding neighborhoods happening every week on Tuesday morning from 10:00-11:00 am. We will enjoy one another’s company, talk about community events and look for opportunities to connect with community members along the way. This walk is in partnership with Groundwork Denver’s Park RX program, GirlTrek and the Walk2Connect Cooperative. We invite you to join us!

Meeting Location & Nearby Transit: We’ll start gathering up near the fitness zone on the SouthEast side of the pool (on the north end of the park). Please call Sandy below if you cannot find the group. Nearby transit options: Light Rail D, 43 and 44 busses.
-Bring seasonal gear for the weather and cameras for sharing photos! Use @Walk2Connect and #Lifeat3MPH.
-Kids OK if accompanied by adult.
-Restrooms are nearby at the park.
-Cancellation Policy: We’ll walk rain or shine. If in doubt about weather, call or email Sandy.
Welcome Waivers: If you have not completed a Welcome Waiver this year please fill out the online Welcome Waiver or download, print, sign, and bring the waiver with you to the walk. You only need to complete one Welcome Waiver per year.
