Walk Description: Walking to food is its own reward! On this ramble, we'll meet at the Bobolink Trailhead and walk 2.2 miles to Coma Mexican Grill in the Meadows Shopping Center to enjoy delicious breakfast burritos (or whatever on the menu appeals to you). Coma is owned by one of our Ramblers' former ESL students, and the food is fantastic! Join us for a joyful stroll and a delicious brunch.
Schedule, Transit and Planning: We will meet at 9:00 am at the Bobolink Trailhead, by the picnic table just south of the parking lot. No facilities are available at this trailhead, but we will walk past the East Boulder Recreation Center, where restrooms and water are available. The trailhead is accessible by the 225 bus (get off at Meadow Glen Drive and walk 0.4 mile east if coming from downtown Boulder). Parking is also available at the trailhead.
Walking Movement Leader: Darcy Kitching started volunteering with the Boulder Ramblers in 2015. She is a co-owner of the Walk2Connect Cooperative and coordinator of the City of Boulder's Boulder Walks program. You can reach Darcy at 303-250-2436 or [email protected]
