Boulder Mural Sip & Stroll w/And Art Space & Vessel

TYPE: Program | PACE: Conversational/Exploratory | TERRAIN: Sidewalks, multi-use paths | DISTANCE: Approx. 4 miles |

Walk Description: Discover 13 beautiful Boulder murals AND learn how to use the Vessel stainless steel mug program at Boulder cafes on this 4-mile, 2-hour walking tour during Winter Walk and Bike Week. We'll start at Innisfree Poetry Bookstore & Cafe on The Hill, where you can pick up a coffee or tea in a Vessel mug. We'll then walk down to the Boulder Creek Path and head east on Pearl Street, learning about the murals facilitated and/or mapped by Boulder's And Art Space. We'll end back where we started on The Hill.

In preparation for this walk, please create an account on the Vessel website, here. Please arrive early to buy coffee or tea, use the restroom and get ready for this fun walk!

Schedule, Transit and Planning: We’ll start and end at Innisfree Poetry Bookstore & Cafe, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave., Boulder (just west of Broadway). Take the SKIP bus down Broadway to meet us there, or park in the surface lot at 12th and Pleasant (or along the street).

About Boulder Ramblers:

The Colorado-based Walk2Connect Cooperative works with individuals and organizations to create whole-health outcomes through innovative walking programs focused on connecting to others, to place and to self. Our Boulder community, Boulder Ramblers, offers a variety of local walks and hikes led by trained volunteer Walking Movement Leaders in Boulder, Longmont and Louisville. We also partner with GO Boulder to develop walking events that orient community members to the city’s pedestrian facilities and invite feedback about them. Across the Front Range, W2C principals and trained volunteer Walking Movement Leaders lead dozens of free community walks every week.
